i have 2 mac and 3 windows computers and the pixy software will not work on any computer. no ver. 2 or 3 tried different usb cable and the one that came with the pixy unit. error " no pixy found on all windows computer, on the mac ver 3 it crashes.

Sorry for the problems. What type of Pixy do you have (Pixy1 or Pixy2)?

Perhaps its your USB cable – do you have another cable you can try?
