Is it possible to teach pixy the black object through pixymon without
doing some change on firmware.
Have you some ideas or solution to make it ?

Black is difficult for Pixy because it tends to be common in most scenes because of shadows. Pixy uses hue because it tends to be a more robust visual cue than intensity (black vs white).
Can you describe what you are trying to do? Maybe we can think of a different approach.

Thx for your answer Edward,
I want to make a line follower,but the color of line is black it can’t be identify by pixy.
So i am wondering is there any way to teach it.
Now I am thinking about may i use the depth of color to define which object is what i want to track.

I don’t think Pixy will do very well with detecting black lines with its color connected-components algorithm, but can you possibly use a colored line?
