Line follow / software settings to declare the camera mounted upside down

Hello,

I am using the pixy2 line follow program.

due to mechanical constraints, I have to mount the pixy2 upside down. Therefore, the “sky” is on the bottom part of the image (instead of the top).
But the red vector is going in the reverse direction :frowning:

How can i change the settings to tell pixy2 that the image is upside down ? (in order to flip the image prior to run line follow algorithm)

thanks

Hello,
There is no way to “flip” the image within Pixy, but you can flip the numbers coming out of Pixy if you wish. In other words, the head of the vector becomes the tail, the tail becomes the head. Y-values become 51-y_value, etc.

yes i had thought about that but I was wondering if there wasn’t a nicer way to do it. fair enough. thanks
